Buck and Anthony came out t same day, after showing us the inside of our gas furnace was rusted out from years of our ac leaking down through it we decided to replace the system. They gave us a generous discount for both of us being veterans. John and his helper were able to come the next day and did a beautiful job and cleaned up the mess and hauled away all of the trash and old units. We would highly recommend immediate service to anyone needing a and heating service.

Highly recommend! Our upstairs A/C stopped worked one night and our poor kids were roasting! Buck was the only one able to come out the very next morning. He fixed it within 1 hour and the price was much better than I was expecting! Will definitely use him again if we have any other A/C issues!

My landlord went through this company in order to repair our A/C unit. I went into my landlord’s office , she contacted them and within 15-20 minutes someone was over checking out what was wrong with our A/C. It was quite nice to not have to wait a day or so for someone to come determine what was our with our a/c. The person who came to check out our a/c was Buck. He was able to inform very specifically when he was able to/planning on coming. Was able to come earlier than planned , informed me with a text and call, came and fixed the a/c while I was at class for an hour or so and I get to come home to a house with lovely a/c working. I can actually enjoy being upstairs once more now again. Super convenient and respectful. Highly suggest going using them if you have any a/c issue if you want it fixed sooner rather than later. In addition , a previous a/c person from a different company had originally said there was nothing to be done to our a/c unit our compressor was simply not working. Yet Buck was able to fix it before within an hour.

My AC went out last night and having your house that hot creates monsters out of me and the kids. I called a few places and they will all “we’ll get out there asap.” I found this company and Buck online and called. Buck said he could go over now. This company is the real deal. It is 74 degrees in my house currently, yesterday it was a miserable 85 at this time. Everyone knows this heat wave right now with 100 degree temps. Buck and his associate came and diagnosed my issue after I had a different HVAC come look into my problems 2 days prior. They did me right and fully charged my unit (the other company actually refused to add Freon to try and upsell me for a whopping $3000 right out of the gate). I won’t bad mouth another company but if you want to be done right, choose Immediate Service AC & Heating. I can show anyone my initial quote with the other local company that left me with 85 miserable degrees in my house and now I have a cool

Very pleased with our service, prompt installation, and great pricing! While it’s been in the 90s this past week our 20+yr old unit officially died on us. (We had it serviced by Immediate last year and it kept chugging along for us.) Buck and Anthony came out in a very timely manner, we ordered a new system, and were quoted 2-3 days. An hour after they left they called back and said someone would be by shortly to pull out the old system, and they did. Then we were updated that they were going to put in overtime and if we were okay with the outside of business hours, they would get us taken care of sooner and have the units installed the next day! With this heat and having 2 under 2 we greatly appreciated this! They are a dedicated group and everyone we dealt with was hard working! Very impressed for being a smaller company too! 👍🙌

Can’t say enough about Buck and this team. They are a great group of hard working people. They have installed two HVAC units at our house and performed a number of different repairs. As with all situations, problems arise and equipment fails after installation. This cannot be helped. There have been problems after equipment was installed. Buck and his team were at our house to fix the issues on a Sunday to prevent an overheating house on a hot Sunday. I’ve used large companies thinking the value, service and response would be better than a small local company. I’ve recommended this business a number of times and ever person raves about the personal service. If you have repair or replacement needs, call Immediate Service.

Last year Buck and Anthony installed a new AC system to replace my old main floor system that was too old to repair. After running through the summer with zero issues, I had them back this spring to replace my upstairs system. I highly recommend them when you need your system replaced. Mike worked all day got my garage loft set up with a ductless in 1 day! Mounted it properly and Beat the price of ZAP and most of all delivered and installed the unit with no damages to the unit . Had a problem with my AC not cooling, Something apparently got stuck for a while but had started working on its own before they arrived. Eric and Anthony checked everything thoroughly and could not find anything wrong. Performed a maintenance of AC. They answered all my questions and gave me suggestions that were helpful. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I recommend them and will definitely use them in the future when needed.

I called Buck on a Sunday morning with an issue. He was here in about an hour. He diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Also, had the parts on hand to get my air conditioning working again. He was the only one out of 3 companies I talked to that didn’t try to sale me a new unit. Highly recommend and will call him for any of my heating or cooling needs.

Buck was awesome. Sunday late afternoon and our drip pan sprung a leak. Home Depot didn’t have our part. Buck did. He was responsive and reasonable. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need but was honest in his diagnosis. It was a great experience and we will definitely call him when our 30 year old unit goes. What a pleasure.

It’s been a couple of years since I’d had my two units serviced and I couldn’t tell if my upstairs unit was low on coolant, or just dealing with the heat, so I called Immediate. They were out within an hour and a half. They cleaned both units outside and tested coolant levels and everything came back 5×5. Coolant levels were good. They even commented on what a good job the installers (a different company) did installing my attic unit. Paid them for the service on the two units and that was that. Great response time and honest dealings. Can’t ask for much more than that.
